Hotel Fera Anaheim, A Doubletree By Hilton, Orange

My stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable. The rooms were very nice and clean, but a bit dusty. I appreciated the three towels provided and that the room was tidy and de-feathered as requested. The service was excellent, with staff always willing to help with any needs or questions. The location was perfect for Disneyland and shopping outlets, with easy access to local attractions. The facilities were well-maintained and convenient.

The hotel is not the best in terms of location, but it is desirable. The rooms lack a hair dryer and mini refrigerator, but they do have a small fridge, mid-sized flat-screen TV, armchair, and writing table. The staff is very welcoming overall, though there were some incidents with a rude bar employee and a security guard posing as a manager. The dining experience offers very delicious food with helpful staff, yet there were issues with buffet replacements. The central location is a big plus, close to Stadium and convenient for various activities. However, it could have been improved if the staff were better trained. Charging extra for parking was a disappointment.

The service was friendly and helpful. The dining experience included some delicious meals and a great shuttle service to Disneyland. Overall, a good value for money option with a convenient location.
